Open the business profile using Edit and continue to Design. In Portfolio, enter a section title if needed and select Add Item.

The item editor includes Image, Caption, Description, URL, and Sort Order. The image is required: saving without an image produces an Image is required message. The editor recommends a 500 by 500 image; follow the file-size limit shown in your account.

Upload or select the image, enter a useful caption and description, and add a full destination URL if the item should link elsewhere. Use Sort Order to control its position, then select OK.

Wait for the item to appear before leaving the editor. Check the public profile to verify the image, text, and link.
