In a Lead Form, open Design and select Settings.

Submit Button Text and OK Button Text customize the form buttons. Header Text sets the form heading. The recipient field accepts comma-separated email addresses. Only enter addresses that should receive the form information.

Multiple Submission controls whether the same browser may submit more than once. It is a browser-based control, not a verified identity check.

After Submit URL sends the visitor to that address after a successful submission. Leave it empty to keep the visitor on the same page.

Test the public form after changing these settings. Check response storage separately from email delivery; a stored response does not prove that an email arrived.
