Open the Lead Form in Design and select Webhooks. Enter one destination URL per line. The editor allows up to five webhook URLs.

Use only endpoints you control or have permission to use for the submitted information. Review what the receiving system expects before enabling an integration.

Save the configuration, submit non-sensitive test data, and verify receipt in the destination system. The presence of a URL in the editor does not prove successful delivery.

The webhook configuration screen has been inspected, but delivery to external services has not been tested by this guide. If troubleshooting, provide the form name and a redacted error from the receiving service; never include secret tokens.
