Choose Create, Start from scratch, then Call. Enter the intended Phone number, including the country code where appropriate. Continue to Design, then Download.

Test the QR code on a phone and confirm the displayed number before initiating a call. A desktop computer may handle phone links differently or require a calling application.

Call is labeled static in the type picker. If the number changes, replace the QR image wherever it was distributed.
