The Emergency Contact type includes Personal Details, Medical Details, Doctors, two Emergency Contact sections, and Other Information. Fields include the person’s name, date of birth, address, phone, allergies, conditions, blood type, organ-donor choice, medications, doctor contacts, and emergency-contact relationships. A document-upload control appears under Other Information.

In Design, the editor offers a profile image, banner, and page settings. Follow the upload limit shown in the current account.
