Your MediTappy ID Tag arrives with its QR code already printed on the unit. Scan that code to begin activation in Tappy Links.

If you are new to Tappy Links

1. Scan the QR code printed on your tag and open the link.
2. Follow the account-creation steps shown in Tappy Links.
3. Complete the activation steps and manage your profile in your Tappy Links account.

If you already have a Tappy Links account

Scan the new tag and log in to your existing account. You can also scan the tag while already logged in. You do not need a separate account for each unit.

How PIN protection works

MediTappy profiles are PIN-protected by default. Viewing the entire MediTappy profile requires the PIN printed on the tag, whether someone scans the QR code or visits the profile URL directly. Other Tappy Links profiles can be PIN-protected by the user.

Replacing a tag?

If you want an existing profile moved to a replacement unit, order the new tag and contact support (https://support.tappylinks.com/deskuss/open.php). Scanning a new tag does not transfer your old profile automatically.
