One Tappy Links user can have multiple MediTappy units. You do not need to create a new account for each tag.

Add another preprinted unit

1. Scan the QR code printed on the additional unit.
2. Log in to the Tappy Links account you want to use, or scan while already logged in to that account.
3. Follow the activation steps for that unit.

Manage your profiles

Manage and secure your profiles through your Tappy Links account (https://tappylinks.com/account). MediTappy profiles are PIN-protected by default. Other profile types can be PIN-protected by the user.

Adding a unit versus replacing one

Adding another unit and moving an old profile to a replacement are different requests. If the new tag is intended to replace an existing unit and keep its profile, order the replacement and ask support to move the old profile to the new unit (https://support.tappylinks.com/deskuss/open.php).
