Open the item from All using Edit and return to Design. Confirm that you are editing the correct item and testing its current public link.

For inline fields such as a Title or Link label, press Enter after typing. Merely moving focus away may not commit the edit. Make one change at a time and allow it to save.

Open the public link in a separate tab and reload it. Check the public page, not only the preview inside the editor.

If the old content remains, tell support the item name, public link, field you changed, what you expected, and what appears instead. Include a screenshot with private information removed.
